Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time while a Yearly membership can not.
Go to My Subcriptions located at the top of the site in your profile. From there, click on your plan to cancel.
If you find that this service doesn't work at your school, please reach out ASAP so we can find the best solution. If all else fails and the school blocks our site, you may be entitled to a refund. Otherwise, refunds are not guaranteed.
Your can change their email address themselves from their member profile. Here's how they can do it:
1. Click the member profile icon and go to Profile.
2. Click Edit Profile.
3. Scroll down to the Login info section and click Change Email.
4. Enter the new email address and confirm the password.
5. Click Change.
If you don't remember your password, you can use the "Reset or create password" link.
